These are designed to fit standard 6’- and 8’- public picnic tables in outdoor settings like parks or campgrounds. The sets come in 3 colors: blue, gray, and green. They are also sized for the 6’- and 8’- tables with sizing labels on each piece. See listings for each color.
When properly secured, they are wind resistant with a cord and cord lock system for a clean tight fit with no elastic to wear out. Pull cording evenly from both short ends to secure. Then tuck the strings into the pockets. The “cut out” corners eliminate “bunching” at the corners and adapt to different thicknesses of tables and benches. The fabric is durable, wipeable, and machine washable. I washed one set 10 times! The fabric doesn’t shrink, but the paracord does. When I designed this product, I added enough string that function will not be compromised. (The strings may look too long when you first get this product, but do not cut!) This product is designed for longevity! If a string does get cut, seal it with the flame of a match or cigarette lighter.
I invented these table and bench covers as a solution to our tablecloth constantly blowing off, as well as dirty, filthy picnic tables, while we were camping and fishing. Plus, it ensured that we always had a clean table! We tested and improved the design for several years before taking steps to produce them to sell. While making them, I had to crawl on the floor to cut them out because they take so much fabric yardage, so I decided to have a manufacturer help me produce them.
